Troy offers individual counseling sessions and accepts insurance from Blue Cross, Medicaid (Amerigroup and Iowa Total Care), Optum, Midland’s Choice, Medica, and Cigna. Cash rates are $175 per session.

Appointments are scheduled for 45-55 minutes.

All payments including copays and coinsurance are due at time of service. Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify benfits. Cash, check, credit cards, and HSA cards are accepted.
